Like, what is Tofu, and where did it come from? because you all need to know where your food comes from before placing it into your palate.

Tofu, is also known as bean curd, which is a food made from coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. It is a component in Eastern Asian and Southeast Asian dishes. As there are many different varieties of tofu, out there on the market. Like, Firm, Extra firm, Soft and fresh tofu. Tofu has a subtle flavor that can be use in savory and sweet dishes. As it's often seasoned or marinated when it's added into the dish.

Tofu has come a very long way, as Living Better Cafe speak's talking about 2,000 years ago. Back when Chinese legend attribute it's invention to the prince Liu Au, in 179-122 BC.

Tofu has a low calorie count and reasonably amount of protein. It's also high in iron, calcium, magnesium.

After reading about Glyphosate being found inside of Oatmeal, including bagel's, eggs (even organic variety), Potatoes and even non- GMO soy coffee creamer. I find that this is a very much needed topic to touch base on. I know Glyphosate is not an edible food source. But, it has been a topic in breakfast related foods. Does that mean food companies are hiding the truth from us?

As they are slowly killing off their consumer? Well everyone has their own option on what's going on here. Some may, or may not agree but. Living Better Cafe is not looking for a debt team. Living Better Cafe is here, to help you all become aware of these thing's because everything that is being found is being linked, to causing cancer.

If you have read in "Food News Flash" this past week. You would have came across "Super tasty recipes", or "FDA" . You would know that Glyphosate is a poison that, is found in weed killer. Yes that basically say's our food companies, are using weed killer to treat their land. While at the same time it's being absorbed into our food, and we are digesting it into our system.

Which later caused unhealthy risk factors that causes cancer. Like, Breast,Thyroid, Kidney, pancreatic, liver and bladder cancer and then we are digesting this poison into our system. Without even knowing the effects later. We as the consumer need to be aware of what we eat. Even if we do not have control over where our food comes from, we at least need to be cautious of what we put into our mouths because we do not know where it has been.

We know cancer is not a pretty thing to have, and the effect that cancer has can be quite deadly. This ingredient Glyphosate, which is found in weed killer can kill human cells. Especially, embryonic, placental and umbilical cord cells. Plus cause pregnancy problems by interfering with hormone production, that could lead into abnormal fetal development, low birth weights or miscarriages. Glyphosate could be a huge risk factor, for why people have celiac disease as known as Gluten intolerance.
