Avocado Smoothie


Serves: 1-2

1/2 of a large avocado
1 1/2 cups cold Almond milk
1 tsp coconut sugar

Direction

1. Peel and remove seed from avocado.

2. Add all ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.

3. Serve with a few cubes of ice, and enjoy.
