Living Better Café is here to, bring you wholesome information that will serve your mind, and body good. Living Better Café mindset is, to help you with a better outlook on what you are placing into your body. Like, what is the benefits of what your eating, and how is it helping your system, in the long run. Coffee Talk is just not a blog, it's also an online food resource site, where if you have any food related questions, I Katrina Smith can help you find the answers. Therefore, you can leave your questions here on this page, or you can send them through Private message and, I Katrina Smith will be there to help you with an answer, as soon as I can.

Today Living Better Café is bring you an article, or a video that will serve your body good, as it will help fill up your mind with informative details, to support you and your body to a better health. I Katrina Smith will leave you by saying: "Know your food before taking the first bite."

First Living Better Café wants to say that, a lot of research has been place into what you are about to read. As Katrina Knows to well about some of these issues, and that's why Living Better Café is bring you this written article by no other person. But, Katrina Smith herself.

However, you and me constantly keep hearing the saying, "You are what you eat" Eh! So, does that make vegetarians, vegetables and diary, and vegans vegetables to? excluding animal diary out of the picture. Why of course, Living Better Café has not forgotten about, the meat eaters. So, What the heck ? we all eat food despite of our diet choice. But, the question here is, Are we gluten sensitive? And the only way to really answer that question is, by first asking what is gluten? Because once you find out what gluten is, then you can ask Are we gluten sensitive? Therefore, let Living Better Café , give you the answer to what is gluten and follow-up on Are we gluten sensitive.

Okay now so, you want to know what is gluten? and the answer is pretty simply, sticky "Protein". But, that does not really say very much about what gluten is. Let me clearly explain what gluten is, and we can go straight from there. Yes! Gluten is protein. But, it's a different type of protein found in wheat, which is also found in other products. Like, you may have seen on food products "May Contain Wheat" * Hint Gluten.

Now that lead you and including myself further away from the next question because many other questions begin to form, in our head about gluten. But, do not worry we will get to the bottom of it after all. However, you now know what gluten is, but did you know it affects some of us in different ways? Surprising Hey!

Did you know that gluten is a major cause in our health problems, and to some you just thought it has been passed down from your generation. Yes some of these conditions could have been in your generation line, and to some of us, the health problem was by eating gluten.

Living Better Café got a question for you. First how many of you consume process foods on a daily basis? A lot! and did you know that gluten also acts as a preservative? Yes! so that makes it hard to get away from. Now, here is the answer to what we all have waited for, and that is, Are we gluten sensitive? well for some yes because gluten has been linked to multiple, health issues, as Living Better Café, will name a few.

Neurological disorders

Such as, Severe headaches, Autism and Behavioral problems.

Autoimmune diseases

Such as, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Osteopenia and Osteoporosis, Osteomalacia, Arthritis and Diabetes. And why of course, Thyroid diseases.

Digestive disorders

Like, Celiac, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel disease (IBD), Heart Burn, Ulcers and Giardiasis And yes they can cause undiagnosed diseases and other conditions as well.

Like, CFS and Fibromyalgia, Anemia, Asthma, Unexplained weight loss (or Gain), Cardiomyopathy and Chronic Infections.

So, you never through eating could cause so many problem, as it can cause good. And the creator of this food resource blog through the same thing to. Well thanks to educating one other. Therefore, we both know now. Continue to know your food before taking, the first bite.🍵
