Ranch style bagel chips

Come cheer you're team on with these, I say what perfect timing.
why buy chips with loads of filler you don't know anything about? like the saying goes if you can't pronoun it why eat it, so find a better solution with these chip's here.
serves: 8
4 day old bagels
1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/3 c. Ranch mix
Course Himalayan salt & Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 . Lightly grease a baking sheet with non stick olive oil spray .
2. Slice bagels into 1/8 inch thick rounds using a serrated knife. Arranging them in a single layer on the greased prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and Ranch mix. Use a pastry brush to apply the flavored olive oil to the bagel chips. If you start to run out of the mixture, add a little bit more oil without sacrificing any flavor what so ever. Season the chips lightly with salt and pepper.
3.Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the chips are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. The chips will become crispier as they cool.

Oven Baked Cheddar- Garlic potato chips

These potato chips would make a great crowd pleaser, especially for the football season.
serves: 4
Extra virgin olive oil ( for brushing)
1 medium russet potato
course Himalayan salt
cheddar cheese popcorn seasoning
powder garlic
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Brush two large baking sheet's slightly with oil, using a mandolin to slice the potatoes lengthwise about 1/8 inch thick. Arranging the slice's onto baking sheet in 1 flat layer, brushing the slices with oil; and add salt. Allow to bake until golden throughout for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Transfer to a cooling rack and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and garlic powder while it's still hot.

Chocolate Smoothie
Why settle for a store brought smoothie, when you can make it fresh in the comfort of you're own home; as it's filled with protein.
Serves:2
1/2 c. 1% low-fat milk * (Almond, Rice, Soy)
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. Chia seed
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth; and incorporated.

Chicken cordon bleu
If you ever had cordon Bleu before, I promise you never had it like this.
serves: 5
5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. course Himalayan salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
7 1/2 slice swiss Cheese
7 1/2 slice cheddar cheese
5 slices cooked turkey
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. seasoned breadcrumbs
1 3/4 lemon, squeezed
1/2 Tbsp. plus 2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 7x11 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
3. Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 of each cheese slice and 1 turkey slice on top of each breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish, and sprinkle chicken evenly with bread crumbs.
4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven, and place 1/2 cheese slice on top of each breast. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove toothpicks, and serve with a drizzle of lemon juice,chives

Ginger Beer Cake
If you have heard of a 7 up cake then you would enjoy this adapted version.
Serves: 16
3 c. Pure cane sugar
1 1/2 c. Margarine,softened
5 eggs* egg substitute
3 c. All purpose flour* gluten free all purpose flour
2 Tbsp. Lemon extract
1 c. Ginger beer
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. Generously grease a Bundt pan.
2. Beat pure cane sugar and margarine together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth; add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir flour, 1 cup at a time, blending well after each addition until batter is smooth; stir in lemon extract. Mix ginger beer into batter and pour into the prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan immediately.

Toasted Pecan Butter
looking for another alternative for "Peanut Butter", come try this recipe. Please keep in mind that if you have any tree nut allergies, that there are better substitute to use.
serves:7
1 Tbsp. plus 2 1/4 tsp. chopped pecan * sunflower seeds
2 1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. margarine, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Spread the pecans onto a baking sheet; toasting them in the preheated oven until they start to turn golden brown and become fragrant, about 15 minutes. Watch carefully as they bake, they burn quickly. Set aside to cool at room temperature.
3. Pulsing the brown sugar, margarine, and vanilla together in a food processor or blender several times to thoroughly combine. Margarine will be slightly fluffy. Sprinkle in the cooled nuts and pulse several times to combine. For more finely ground pecans, pulse several more times. Pack into a jar with a air tight lid and refrigerate.
