Strawberry-Coconut smoothie
This is not your usual Banana-Strawberry smoothie. It's even better and good tasting for you to.

Serves: 1
1 c. milk (You can use non dairy milk)
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
3 fl oz. unsweetened coconut cream
4 strawberries, hulled
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.

Granola pops
Inspired by: Rice Krispy treat

This Recipe is great spin on rice Krispy treats.
Serves:12
3 1/4 c. Rolled Oats
2 c. Miniature marshmallows
2 Tbsp. Margarine (For Marshmallows)
1/3 c. - 1 Tbsp. Sunflower seeds
3/4 c. - 2 tsp. Dried cranberries
1/3 c. - 2 tsp. Banana chips, crushed
1 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
1 /3 c. - 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. - 1 Tbsp. peanut, crushed
1/2 tsp. Course Himalayan salt
1/3 c. - 2 tsp. shredded Coconut
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven to 325. Line two large baking sheets with parchment.
2. Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, peanuts,Coconut, Cranberries, Banana chips in a large bowl. blend in together the salt, brown sugar, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then pour over the dry ingredients, and stir to coat. Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheets.
3. Bake in the pre heated oven until crispy and toasted, about 20 minutes. Stir once halfway through. Cool, then stir in the cranberries.
4. Melt Margarine in large sauce pan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well-blended. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
5. Add Granola and blend until incorporated.
6. Using wax paper, roll granola into medium sizes ball's on a 13 x 9 inch pan. insert Taffy apple sticks into the mixture, and allow to cool.

Yes, once again I am bring you an inexpensive recipe that, I know will keep you and you're wallet happy. I just want to share with you that it, really all depends on where you shop for all the ingredients.
Imitation lobster pasta Salad

This yummy creation will have you, and your guest coming back for more.
Serves: 5
1 (8 oz.) pkg. bow-tie pasta
2 stalks celery, chopped
10 oz. Imitation lobster
1/2 c. - 1 Tbsp. Shredded carrots
1/2 c .- 1 Tbsp. Soybeans (Edamame)
1/2 c. - 1 Tbsp. Cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. - 1 Tbsp. Black olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. Course Himalayan salt
1/8 tsp. Freshly cracked pepper
1/8 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. - 2 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Bring a medium pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.
2. In a medium size bowl, add chopped celery, lobster, carrots, tomatoes, soybeans and olives. While pasta is cooking.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt,salt, poppy seed and pepper. Add in the pasta, celery, lobster,carrots,tomatoes, soybeans and olives. And stir until completely incorporated. Chill in refrigerator until time to serve.

Carrots cake pancakes with Maple- Praline Syrup

serves: 12
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Course Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. golden raisins
1 lg. egg
2 Tbsp. Organic brown sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 c. finely grated carrots
3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Maple- Praline Syrup
Serves: 12
1 1/2 c. Margarine
1 1/2 c. Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. Pure maple syrup
Pancake Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, blend and whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, nuts and raisins. In a small bowl, blend and whisk together egg, brown sugar, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in carrots. Stir the carrot mixture into the dry ingredients, stir until Incorporate well.
Maple- Praline Syrup Directions:
1. In a sauce pan cook margarine, pecans, maple syrup, over medium-low heat. stir often, for about 5 minutes or until blended and sugar has dissolved.

Spinach-Mushroom Alfredo Pizza
Serves: 5
5/8 (8 oz.) Pizza dough
1/4 c.- 1 Tbsp. Alfredo sauce
1/4 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Spinach, chopped
1/3 c. - 2 Tbsp. broccoli, chopped
1/4 carrot, shredded
1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. vegan cheese
1/2 c. - 2 Tbsp. Thinly sliced mushroom
5 oz. soyrizo, cooked (according to directions on package)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. lightly grease a pizza pan.
2. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over pizza dough . Sprinkle vegan cheese, broccoli, carrots, mushroom and soyrizo. Arrange pizza on prepared pizza pan.
3. Bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, for about 10 minutes.
