Cheesy Rice Salad
This recipe is simply easy to make and it the taste is so "Heavenly", As the crowd will be coming back for more.
Serves: 10
3 c. Organic Brown rice,
2 (10 oz.) pkg Organic Fresh spinach
4 1/4 c. Organic shredded carrots
7 1/2 fresh garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 (16 oz.) pkg Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. Water
Himalayan Salt & Cayenne pepper ( to taste)
Directions:
1. Cook the rice and spinach according to the texture you prefer.
2. In a large glass mixing bowl, combine spinach, rice, cheese mixture, carrots and season together while rice mixture is still warm. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and serve while warm.
