Tomato basil Turkey burgers



Serves: 4

2 Tbsp. Tomato basil pesto
 1 tsp. Minced fresh garlic
 1/2 c. Crumbled blue cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 1/4 lb. Lean ground turkey
 Oil (for frying)

Directions:

 1. Heat up a skillet until good an hot.

2. Mix together ground turkey, tomato basil pesto, garlic, blue cheese, Cayenne pepper with bread crumbs.
 Combine together in a bowl until evenly blended, begin forming into patties.

3. Fry until no longer pink in the center for at least 5 minutes, per side.
