Caribbean chocolate oatmeal




1c. Oatmeal (not instant)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
2 Tbsp. Raisins
2 Tbsp. Crushed pineapples
2 Tbsp. Semisweet chocolate chips

Direction:

Boil water and salt (salt is optional), stir in oats. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat, stir occasionally. Add 2 Tbsp each after you remove from stove, then add sugar and enjoy!

Serves 1
